A few summers ago, I was fortunate enough to see in real life the falls at Artist Point in Yellowstone National Park. Fast forward a year or so, and I am studying Japanese ink techniques, because, well, who doesn't? I tried to do the same with charcoal, and am by and large happy with the result. It was a joy to create, and challenging at the same time!
This art was featured in the Valley Art Center Spring 2019 Exhibition. My first work accepted to a Juried Exhibition!
